Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the True Plumbing website at trueplumbing.co and by engaging our plumbing services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.
Services
True Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in San Diego County, California. Services include but are not limited to water heater installation and repair, whole home filtration, whole home repipe, drain and sewer services, and faucet and fixture installation.
All services are subject to availability and are provided by licensed plumbing professionals in compliance with California state law. True Plumbing reserves the right to decline any service request at its sole discretion.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided via our website, by phone, or through our scheduling platform (Jobber) are subject to change upon on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We are committed to transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled through our Jobber booking platform or by phone. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
SMS / MMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from True Plumbing for the following purposes:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates and technician arrival notifications
- Follow-up messages regarding completed services
- Promotional offers (opt-in required separately)

Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Warranties and Guarantees
True Plumbing stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing at the time of service completion. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, True Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
